The space Large, open common spaces plus 2 "parent" rooms (the master suite is HUGE with a sitting area, shower with two shower heads, separate vanities, and a beautiful soaking tub) and a kids' room with double bunks (twin/full on both) make this house great and economical for 2 families enjoying traveling together. With the pool out back, plus lounge chairs, horseshoes, and charcoal grill, and the game room featuring a pool table, ping pong, poker, darts, and even Atari, AND a loaded kitchen, 3 tvs, and WiFi, everyone is sure to have a great time! When you want to run to the store or mall, grab a bite to eat, or enjoy places like the Stockyards, Six Flags, or the Rangers and Cowboys games, you're just a few miles away! Additionally, there's a tiny house on this property that rents separately and sleeps 2 if you need more space! (The tiny house is only available for up to two adults, no children). This house is ONLY rented to guests already utilizing the main house. It is an additional $60/night plus $60 for housekeeping. Please inquire if interested. Please note: There is no fence or barrier between the pool and other areas in the backyard. Children should be monitored at all times. This is a residential neighborhood, and this house was designed for families, work trips, and responsible, respectful adults. We ask for quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. Be thoughtful! Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT: Both the host family and the housekeeper have severe allergies. We have a very strict rule that no animals are allowed. Please respect our space! This home includes WiFi FiOS throughout (password provided in home). There are 3 tvs -- one in the living room, one in the master, and one in the queen room. There's also a computer desk in the living room. We provide one set of towels (bath towel, pool towel, hand towel, washcloth) per guest per stay. There is a complimentary washer/dryer at the house for you to refresh your towels as needed. POOL: The pool is open from early March or so to mid-October or so (it depends on what kind of weather we're having). It is covered during the winter months, and it is not heated. The pool is serviced professionally every Monday and Friday. Guests will be asked to vacate the pool during cleaning. In-between pool service, a pool net is available to scoop out leaves and debris that blows into the pool. This is a residential pool; there is not a daily cleaning service for it. Also, there is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Mattresses are memory foam. Some are memory foam with gel. Coffee/tea/sugar/creamer are provided for your first day. The coffee maker uses K-cups, but it also has a cup to hold grounds. Toiletries and Paper Supplies: We provide toilet paper in each bathroom, as well as a starter roll of paper towels in the kitchen. For longer stays, you'll want to bring in additional stock. Hand soap is at each sink, as well as dish soap and dishwasher packets in the kitchen. Laundry soap is not provided unless a previous guest passes it on. Pest control: We have a pest control service that treats the property every 3 months. They will re-treat the house as needed in-between regularly scheduled services. However, since we do not live in the house, we only know if there is need if you tell us! We appreciate a private comment so that we can get it scheduled as needed. We love hosting our airbnb homes!
