The Moose Haven is centrally located between Heavenly Ski Resort and Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort, approximately 10 minutes to Camp Richardson Beach, and close proximity to groceries, restaurants, and coffee. Bedroom Set Up Bedroom #1 - Downstairs w/ a queen size bed. Bedroom #2 - Downstairs w/ 2 twin size beds. Bedroom #3 - Upstairs w/ 2 queen size beds as well as 1 twin size bed. *One full bathroom on each level Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the owners closet, and the housecleaners closets. Other things to note ✧Vacation Rental Ordinance✧ We welcome guests who are in compliance with El Dorado County's Vacation Rental Ordinance. Please see the “Additional House Rules” section for full ordinance. If our guests do not abide by the ordinance, there may be a charge of up to $2,000 to cover county fines. In rare cases, guests may be asked to leave our home and forfeit their reservation. We do our best to communicate with and warn our guests before it comes to that.
