Welcome to the Moose Haven which sits amongst the tall scented pine trees in a friendly, forest-like neighborhood. Our beautiful cabin is a 1550 sq ft, 3 bd with a large loft, 2 full bath rustic retreat with modern upgrades. The Moose Haven is centrally located between Heavenly Ski Resort and Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort, approximately 10 minutes to Camp Richardson Beach, and close proximity to groceries, restaurants, and coffee. This might not be ideal for children or seniors so please take that into consideration before booking. • Parking for up to 2 cars on the driveway. • 3+ Exterior only security cameras for guest and home safety. • NO PETS. • NO SMOKING anywhere on the property • The owner and local manager both manage this home together so you may be speaking to Nicole, Jagger (the managers) or Jill the owner :). • Like most homes in Tahoe, this home does NOT have AC. If coming during July or August, it can be in the mid 80s. We do provide fans. 🛏 Bedrooms Bedroom #1 - Downstairs w/ a queen size bed. Bedroom #2 - Downstairs w/ 2 twin size beds. Bedroom #3 - Upstairs w/ 2 queen size beds as well as 1 twin size bed. *One full bathroom on each level Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the owners closet, and the housecleaners closets. Other things to note 🚓 Local Rental Laws We welcome guests who are in compliance with the local Vacation Rental Ordinance. Please see the “Additional House Rules” section for full ordinance regarding parking, occupancy, noise, trash, etc. If our guests do not abide by the ordinance, there may be charges and in very rare cases guests may be asked to leave our home.
