Our undercover outdoor area is a show stopper with large extendable table, lounge and TV. The curved steps allow for full view and supervision of the pool area Or head out and enjoy Marrickville's famous eat street (Illawarra Rd) or visit one of the many funky craft beer breweries or gin distilleries all within walk away. The space The home is styled and finished with luxury in mind. It has a tropical oasis feeling in a truly central location. Neutral colour palettes and natural light drench every room in the house. It has all the amenities you could need - Bosch gas cooktop, double oven, outdoor BBQ, double door fridge with an ice maker. Its perfect for large families with access to toys and books for guests. An outdoor oasis with an outdoor dining area as well as a relaxed lounge area by the pool and 2 sun lounges. The home has a treadmill and access to free weights. it has 4 double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The lounge room has a queen pull out sofa bed and we have a fold out ottoman also. Guest access The home has keyless entry and guests are provided a code prior to check in. Other things to note The home has a strict no party policy and all noise must be minimum by 10:30pm. Doors and windows must be closed after this time to minimise neighbour disturbance The pool is heated by a heat pump which is on daily however water temperature is largely dependant on the outdoor temperature. We do not provide pool cleans during stay however it will be cleaned and sparkling before arrival. The pool is self chlorinating.
