A completely private apartment, with an excellent location one block from the sea and 5 blocks from the pier, close to restaurants and cafes. You'll love my place because it's a cozy space with lots of light and a nice view from the window. The neighborhood is very quiet. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, and business travelers. It includes weekly cleaning for stays of 2 weeks or more. Located 5 minutes from the beach of the Marea hotel and 5 short blocks from the pier. Within the tourist area, next to the new Manguito park, very close to shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, banks and marinas etc. An intimate and quiet place Guest access Smoking is allowed in the patio or outside the apartment Other things to note - Includes drinking water. -For long stays of 1 month or more, a weekly cleaning is included every 7 nights, in which the entire apartment is cleaned, including a change of bedding and towels. -Important observation for the elderly or those with difficulty climbing a spiral staircase: the apartment is located one floor up and access is via a slightly narrow staircase.
