The second bedrooms comes with a king bed and a 50'' tv. The third bedroom included a queen bed and a 42'' tv. And last but not least our fourth bedroom with two twin beds and a amazing Mickey decoration. Other things to note Welcome to your vacation home! Check-In time is 4.00 PM & Check-Out time is 10 AM. Late checkout fee is $75. If you request a late check-out then it needs to be added in advance and it is not guaranteed. Note before you book: 1) We provide some complimentary items, but you are responsible for bringing own supplies. 2) We do not have 24 hours front desk, Office hours until 10pm. 3) ALL Extra services (late check out, baby package,etc.) must be pre-ordered and a surcharge applies (ex. baby package- $30/per stay; plus taxes). 4) Early Check-in might be possible, but subject to availability. 5) Management fee of $49.00 A/C does not go lower than 72 degrees. 6) NO landline phone is provided 7) If you lost the Community pool key there will be a charge of $100.00. 8) This unit is on the second floor
