VO479 Spectacular Oceanfront Panoramic Views! 55' Seawall w/ Whips-Enjoy breathtaking panoramic ocean views from this beautiful stilted 2Bd/2Ba vacation home that is fully equipped with all your vacation needs! Dock amenities include dock posts, cleats, boat whips, swim ladder, water hose and fish cleaning table. Now includes 2 bikes, 2 kayaks and 2 stand-up paddle-board! VO REG FEE 125.00 DUE UPON ARRIVAL CASH OR CC ONLY. PAID DIRECTLY TO VO WHEN YOU ARRIVE. The space Check-In Instructions: Check-in time is 3pm on the first day of your reservation. During times of high occupancy, there is no guaranteed check-in time. The Venture Out Office or the Guard Shack (after hours) will have your name, unit number and check out date. Your unit will be OPEN and CLEAN upon your arrival. The unit will be supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 bar of soap in each bathroom, as well as 1 trash bag in each trash can. All of our homes are fully furnished with linens and house wares.Starting April 1st, AT&T will begin Operation Fiberoptic VO. Three teams will swarm the park in multiple locations. Please make sure your renters are aware that there will be park-wide construction. Potholes, noise, & wifi outage will be the norm. for 4-6 weeks, while they bring us up to date. Guest access Venture Out charges a $125 registration fee upon arrival paid via cash or cc only. The unit door will be unlocked and the key will be inside the unit. Due to ongoing upgrades inside the association some of the amenities may not be available during your stay and there maybe some interruption in electric service as repairs are made. Please contact prior to booking for approx. closure/repair dates. You will need to sign a release of Liability with Waterfront Keys Realty, and they will give you the keys for the water toys! There is no boat trailer parking and the overflow lot for a 2nd vehicle is not guaranteed and is first come first serve and may not be reserved in advance.
