We also have a hot spot in the event that the local provider has an outage. Parking is Limited to 3 vehicles Because the home is located in a quiet area, Wi-Fi speeds may occasionally be slower, but a backup hotspot is available if needed. The property is on a preventative pest control plan, but as with most outdoor destinations you may occasionally see insects such as spiders or chiggers. Other things to note After booking, you’ll receive a message through Airbnb with a secure link to our guest portal. There, you will review and electronically sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. Please note: the agreement must be completed in order to receive your door code prior to check-in.
