Welcome to Boulder Bay Lakefront! My home is across from the popular Boulder Bay park. Accommodations for 8 adults, 10 with kids, come enjoy Big Bear at its best! My home has an outdoor fire pit and indoor fire place. The hot tub and BBQ are great to use while hanging out in the back yard, on the lake. Dock is accessable by boat all summer. Water level at dock about 8'. The living room offers comfortable seating in front of the fireplace (wood included). There is a large flatscreen TV to enjoy your favorite show or movie. Includes netflix and Disney+. The large windows allow for natural light and views of the bay. Step out into the back yard and take in the fresh air. You can enjoy the outdoors with plenty of tables and seating for the whole family. Take a dip in the jacuzzi, or sit around the firepit. Grill on the natural gas barbecue. The dining room offers a billiards pool table, with dining table top and seating for 8. There are 3 additional seats provided at the bar. With the dining area overlooking the living room, your group can be together in one common area. You'll love playing on the shuffleboard table! The upgraded kitchen offers new appliances, including a copper barn sink, blender, large toaster, fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, dishwasher and microwave. A standard coffee maker and Keurig with K-cups are provided. Past the dining room is the master Bedroom, offering a King Bed and entertainment hutch, with expansive views of Boulder Bay. The master ensuite features copper double sinks, bathtub is NOT functional, with a walk in stone shower. Separate toilet room for extra privacy and a dresser for ample storage for longer stays. To the right of the Kitchen, are the 2 bedrooms and second bathroom. One room features 4 single sized beds. A Dresser for storage and Closet has extra blankets. The second room has a queen bed and entertainment hutch. The Bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet, and sink. Boulder Bay Lakefront offers a stylish and accommodating space.
