Take in the views of the sparkling ocean from our top front deck in the morning while sipping coffee from our coffee bar and planning your day at the beautiful beaches or some of the areas local hot spots. While these views are great, you don't want to miss those amazing sunsets from the back porches! BEDROOM 2: King-sized bed located on the mid level with full en suite. BEDROOM 3: Queen-sized bed located on the med level with Jack and Jill bathroom. BEDROOM 4: Bunk room-Twin over full bunk bed with trundle located on mid level with Jack and Jill bathroom. KITCHEN- Everything you need in our fully equipped kitchen to make meals for those days/nights in, celebrating holidays or occasions, with ample space for cooking, dining and entertaining. Full coffee bar provided for you and your guests! DINING- Plenty of space for dining with views out of our large windows letting in the gorgeous NC sunshine! This area provides seating for 8 with seating for 5 more at our large island! All bedrooms and living area spaces provide smart TVs for your entertainment. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and all of its amenities, with exception to the locked owner's closet. Your check-in will be keyless utilizing Smart Locks to access. Other things to note 2nd row home, 12-second drive to closest public beach access, easily walkable with light load. Large dining table to seat 8 with extra seating at spacious island bar for 5. Fully stocked coffee bar provided. Extra refrigerator space with provided beverage cooler are included. Enclosed, covered outdoor shower for rinsing the beach sand away and cleaning chairs and toys. Charcoal grill with supplies provided. Expansive views from front and back decks while sitting in our captain's chairs or adirondack rockers. Large custom walk-in showers with multi shower heads and one Jack and Jill bath/shower combo. Clean scent soaps, hair dryers and make up cloths provided, as well as plenty of towels. Kids' needs include, high chair, pack and play with sheets, bunk room with games. Smart TVs throughout, well stocked kitchen with new appliances and plenty of cookware. Elevator access to all floors, unnecessary to take steps if not desired. Two of the four bedrooms are on the ocean side, 2nd floor, common door access to deck in hallway. The other two bedrooms are on the ICW side, with private sliding door access to rear decks. Plenty of parking, 2 spaces under the house on both sides as well as large driveway.
