TWO king beds, one queen will accommodate your guests, furnished and decorated to make you feel at home with a well-equipped kitchen providing everything a chef needs, including gas range, side-by-side fridge with an ice maker and tools of the trade. Backyard has deluxe in ground spa, gas fire-table with lounge furniture and large grassy area for your outdoor fun! The space The spacious master bedroom features a stately king bed with large walk-in closet, and direct access to the patio. In the mornings, refresh in the luxurious en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. Two more bedrooms offer king and queen-size beds and share a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The upgraded sofa bed is available as a 4th bed option if necessary. Spend leisurely afternoons sitting in the shade napping on a lounge chair and evenings sipping a glass of wine enjoying the spa or fire table. Our spacious corner lot offers twice as much grass for you to enjoy with family to enjoy yard games or just relaxing. The patio offers a patio set with with plenty of seating and loungers so you can enjoy an evening in the desert. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles in the driveway. We have plenty of extra towels for your use at the two community pools or in our backyard spa! Guest access Guests are renting the entire home including garage access. For the convenience of our guests our home is equipped with keyless entry. Cleaning fees include use of hot tub and fire table (cleaning and gas consumption). Guest access is through main security gate on Monroe Street between Avenue 48 and Avenue 50 only. The other gates are for homeowners only. Your guest list required prior to check in for the security gate and parking passes.
