Whether you're here to surf, stroll Main Beach, or simply sit on the balcony with a coffee and let the coastal light do its thing, this condo puts it all within reach.   Sleeping arrangements Two bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom is set up with a king bed, 43" TV, and dresser. The second bedroom mirrors the setup - king bed, 43" TV, and clothing storage. In the living area, the sofa converts into a full futon, and a queen air mattress is available upon request. Extra pillows and blankets are provided throughout.   Living space The living room centers on a large 65" Samsung TV with cable/satellite access and high-speed WiFi. An Ethernet connection and a dedicated workspace in a common space keep you productive if you're mixing work with the trip. For guests sensitive to street noise - the home sits close to PCH in the heart of downtown - a white noise machine and ear plugs are provided in each bedroom.   Kitchen and dining The eat-in kitchen is built for proper cooking: stainless steel appliances including a 6-burner gas range, stainless steel oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer. A drip coffee maker and Keurig are ready to go, with coffee provided. Dishes and silverware, a spice rack, salt and pepper, wine glasses, a toaster, baking sheet, and blender round out the setup. Please note that the kitchen does not include cooking oils, sprays, foil, cling wrap, or other cooking staples beyond what's listed. A dining table gives everyone a spot to gather.   Bathroom and laundry The bathroom comes stocked with essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water. A free washer and dryer, iron, and clothing storage make extended stays practical and comfortable.   Outdoor space Step out onto the patio or balcony and take in beach and ocean views with the coastal breeze. Beach essentials - including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are available for guest use. The beach is just steps away.   Parking and home details Free covered carport parking accommodates one medium or large vehicle. The condo is cooled and heated via a split-type ductless AC and heating system, with a ceiling fan for extra airflow. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Please note that exterior security cameras are present - one facing the front entry and one in the carport facing the street.   Location You're centrally placed near Ralphs, THE DECK, Driftwood, downtown Laguna Beach, and Main Beach. Self check-in is via keypad - a code is issued before arrival and changes with every reservation. Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is at 11AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are accommodated where possible at no extra charge. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. Long-term stays are welcome. This is an HOA-managed property with noise limit requirements. Certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs may be considered at an additional fee - no cats. We do not recommend shipping packages to the property.   NOTE - We're in the heart of downtown next to the beach, which means we're close to PCH and street noise.
