The main house has four bedrooms and two baths. The Master has a king bed, futon bed, a huge luxury bath (a jacuzzi jetted bathtub and a separate walk-in shower). Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a queen bed; bedroom 4 has two queen beds, a full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen with high-end appliances, a dining area, and a living area with a humungous smart TV complete the main house. The guest house/in-law apartment with an outside private entrance (around the corner on the south side of the building) has one bedroom with two queen beds, a full bath, a full kitchen, and a living room with a smart TV. The living room has two sofa/futon beds. Keeping everyone fed is a pleasure in the open-design kitchen with expansive granite countertops and top-quality stainless-steel appliances. Plus, the extra-long breakfast bar makes it easy to serve a quick breakfast and coffee (Keurig) before you head to the beach in the mornings.
