The space This high-quality apartment offers comfort and a feel-good character for up to 6 people on a total area of about 75 m². Since it was a special concern for us to be able to provide people with physical disabilities with an unforgettable vacation in this wonderful location, we have designed this new apartment to be completely barrier-free - from the parking lot right in front of the entrance door to a ground-level entrance to the design of the bathroom and the selection of the furnishings. In addition, dogs are allowed in this beautiful apartment. For your furry friends, we provide food bowls, dog beds and poop bags. The extra charge per dog per night is €10.00. Now to the furnishings of our "Scheurebe" apartment: In the first bedroom you sleep on a beam bed made of solid wild oak (180 x 200 cm) with super comfortable mattresses. You can store your clothes in the matching 3-door wild oak solid wood wardrobe with a central mirror door. Dimmable LED lighting on the ceiling and wall ensures an atmospheric ambience in the evening and an electric external roller blind for undisturbed sleep in the morning. In the second bedroom there are two single beds made of solid core beech - also with these super comfortable mattresses. You can store your clothes here in the two-door wardrobe made of solid core beech. This bedroom also has an electric external roller blind. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are open and bright. The large corner sofa with sleeping function and the 43-inch smart TV invite you to cozy TV evenings. The seating area with wild oak solid wood dining table, corner bench and matching chairs is the ideal place for a relaxed brunch or a romantic dinner - even for larger groups. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a fully integrated dishwasher, induction stovetop, oven, integrated fridge-freezer, built-in microwave and under-cabinet lighting. In addition, a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, beer mugs, pots/pans, cutlery and cooking spoons are available for you. The LED lights are also dimmable in the living and dining area, so you can adjust the brightness depending on the situation and mood. The windows on the south side are equipped with electric venetian blinds. The entrance doors were subsequently provided with a pleated blind for privacy. The blinds and shutters can be controlled by Somfy remote control. In the bathroom you will find a large walk-in shower, a sink that can be driven under, a toilet as well as a washing machine, heat pump dryer, hairdryer and various storage options. The bathroom mirror is equipped with LED lighting and an anti-fog function. So that you can start your stay relaxed, the beds are freshly made for you on arrival and towels are available in sufficient quantity. Guest access Depending on your wishes, you can either use the parking space right in front of the apartment or alternatively park in our courtyard. Check-in is possible with us contactlessly via key boxes. Detailed check-in instructions incl. key box code in good time before your arrival. Please use the official route via Ziegelbergstraße and Weinbergsteige to get here. Older GPS systems mistakenly lead via an agricultural path to our farm, which is only approved for agricultural traffic. Signage for guests is already being planned and will soon be installed in the village. Other things to note Our prices include the use of the Wi-Fi network. The Burgunder apartment is a non-smoking accommodation where dogs are allowed. If you are planning a stay with your dog, please note that we charge a surcharge of €10.00 per night per dog. For your furry friend, food bowls, dog beds and poop bags are available upon your arrival.
