Comfort Hill is an exclusive holiday home situated in one of the most desirable spots along the South Coast, right at the top of Bowleaze Coveway! Soak up the breath-taking panoramic sea views from every room in the house, or enjoy taking in the scenery from the hot tub. Set over two floors, the house is spacious and well thought out, making it an ideal base for a family get together or to celebrate a special occasion with friends. The space Comfort Hill is a stunning coastal holiday home, located at the top of Bowleaze Hill, it offers breath-taking panoramic views of Weymouth Bay, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups seeking a coastal getaway. Living Room: The main living room is the most spectacular room in the house, with sliding patio doors which frame the stunning view of Weymouth Bay and over to Portland. The room is split into two levels and benefits from relaxed sofa seating where you can sit and admire the view. Dining Room: The dining area is open plan with the main living space, with large farmhouse style dining table and seating for up to eight guests. Kitchen: Situated in the heart of the house is the shaker style fitted kitchen, complete with all modern integrated appliances including dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is also an AGA (available on request only) and a conventional electric 'Miele' double oven and hob for use during the summer months. Enjoy a morning coffee from the Nespresso coffee machine and listening to your favourite music on the DAB radio. The kitchen has magnificent views of Weymouth Bay, which can be enjoyed from the breakfast table or breakfast bar with stools. TV Room: The TV room is located just off the main living space, with sofa seating and a wall mounted smart TV. Large windows frame the sea views. Games Room: Across the hallway is a games room, with easy sofa seating, a table football table, Nintendo switch and books and games for all ages. Ground Floor Bedroom: On the ground floor is a twin bedroom, with a pair of single beds, sea views from the side aspect window and its own en-suite shower room, with a walk-in shower, wash hand basin and W.C. First Floor: Up to the first floor there are three large bedrooms; two king size and one twin along with a further two family bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms have been renovated to an extremely high standard with beautiful décor throughout. Doors open from all three bedrooms to a stunning glass balcony with fantastic panoramic views of Weymouth Bay. Balcony: Doors open out from each of the first-floor bedrooms to a stunning glass balcony, where you can admire the breath-taking and uninterrupted views from such an elevated position. There is seating on the balcony, so you can relax and enjoy an evening glass of wine. Please take care on the balcony and do not leave small children unattended at any time. Garden & Hot Tub: The south facing garden is a perfect place to relax. A large patio houses the hot tub, along with gas BBQ and outdoor dining table and relaxed seating. A lawn sweeps around the patio, which is fully enclosed with a fence running around the entire property. We have a gardener who attends the property once a fortnight to mow the lawns on a Tuesday afternoon (weather permitting), they will do their best not to disturb you whilst on holiday! Driveway and Parking: The property benefits from a large gated, gravel driveway with parking for up to five cars. The garage is available on request only. Pets: Up to two dogs welcome, we politely request that dogs always remain on the ground floor. We provide a stairgate which is fixed to the bottom of the staircase to assist with this. Families: Highchair and Travel Cot provided, please bring your own cot bedding. Bed Linen and Towels: Provided, please bring your own beach towels. Other: 2 pedestal fans provided. Guest access Private access to the entire property, secure gardens, hot tub and parking. The property overlooks Bowleaze Cove, where guests can enjoy the nearby beach just a short walk away.
