The kitchen’s got everything you need to cook up something delicious, and the dining spaces (inside and out) are perfect for lingering over meals and stories. Inside, the dining room features a hand-painted desert mural (by local artist Amber Morgan) — a visual love letter to Joshua Tree that sets the tone for connection, creativity, and shared moments. ✶ 3 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHROOMS ✶ Each bedroom is designed with comfort and creativity in mind. The Master Suite has a King bed, daybed, writing desk, and direct access to the patio — ideal for journaling or watching the light shift across the desert. Also has its own ensuite bathroom . The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third offers two Full beds plus a desk for remote work or sketching out your next big idea. ✶ OUTSIDE ✶ Watch quail and rabbits from the front window, or gaze at the National Park peaks from the rocking chairs. The backyard is your private desert sanctuary. If you need to use the machines, feel free to remove the clean items and place them in the hamper provided. Thanks for helping us keep things tidy! 🛁 Hot Tub Reminder The hot tub is always on and ready for use, but we recommend checking the temperature upon arrival. It typically takes 1–2 hours to adjust whether warming up or cooling slightly so a little early planning will help you enjoy it at just the right moment. Pet Friendly: We're pet friendly! Two well-behaved pups allowed. There is a $60 pet fee, per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets paid at time of booking. We’re sorry we do not accept cats. You will be automatically charged for 1 pet and the second pet will need to be paid with a request for payment. No pups on the furniture and no pups left alone in the house (unless crated) or in the yard and please dispose of any pet waste & be mindful of urine as it will stain. Excess pet hair, feces left behind, urine stains and animal damage is not covered by the pet fee. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUEST: When available, we do offer early check in & late check out when prearranged the fee is $25/hr. When not prearranged the late check out fee is $100/hr to cover a larger emergency cleaning team so we can meet the expectations of the guest checking in after you. In special circumstances we can accommodate a complimentary early check-In and/or late check-out. LUGGAGE DROP OFF: We will gladly accommodate luggage, refrigerator item drop off etc when prearranged with a 24hr notice. WATER FEATURE SERVICE: Please note water feature is regularly serviced and you can expect the technician to arrive through the exterior gate anytime Monday through Friday between 8am to 5pm, no interaction from you is needed. CONSUMABLES: All consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc are meant to be a starter pack to get you started for your vacation. They are not meant to be UNLIMITED! Please plan accordingly for the length of your trip. EVENTS/ COMMERCIAL USE: In case anybody is found involved in unauthorized activities that are used for personal gain on the property, you will be penalized according to the Host's discretion only. FORGOTTEN ITEMS: There's a fee attached for forgotten item. This fee covers not only the shipping cost but also the gas, shipping, and the labor involved in having our team retrieve, package, and send the item back to you. Thank you for your understanding.
