From experiencing stunning lakeside views, exploring on-site nature trails, or snuggling by the fire under a blanket, Silverlake has something for everyone.  This property is wonderfully welcoming with an open plan living and dining area. An ultra-modern kitchen with all the mod-cons provides you with all you need to enjoy your luxury self-catering holiday. There is a cosy living area where you can relax in front of the log burner or look out onto the lake. There is a stairlift providing easy access to the first floor; upstairs are 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom with an en-suite and balcony overlooking the water, a second, double bedroom and a third twin room. Completing the accommodation is the family bathroom. The property offers a stairlift from the ground to the first floor, allowing easy access for guests with restricted mobility.  Outside, the property has a decked area and grassed lawn leading to the water's edge and private jetty. There is a driveway by the side of the house for parking, additional visitor spaces can be found in the centre of Overton Island.   House & Estate Rules:   Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.  Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate All our properties are non-smoking. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate. A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this. If you have booked via Airbnb, you do not need to pay the security deposit directly to Habitat Escapes as any damages to the property are raised through Airbnb's reimbursement portal. Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
