All Rooms have beautiful view and countryside relax design. Walking distance to supermarket and close to everything. The space Each room has its own desk and chair. Makes it great for work and study. Even though this is not something fancy or luxury as a palace, but comfortable and quiet for a home away from home. Please be reasonable. Beautiful Flowers all season around. Outside dinning place available. Also there is a charcoal grill bbq table by swimming pool and a propane bbq grill outside the kitchen deck. Highly recommended using reusable fabric glass grill paper that makes clean job much easier and heating more evenly for better tastes. Bedding color and duvet cover may had variation from the photo sometimes depending on temperature and cleaning cycles. Guest access You are entitle to use anything that available in the house I provided for your convenience. Coin laundry in the garage access from the side entrance by the swimming pool filter system. There are some house tools and supplies in the garage. Please forgive it. And the garage basement unit is for preparing and not accessible to guest, Thank you. There is stairs to access the property and all four bedrooms are upstairs. Might not suitable for people who cannot take stairs. Animals in the property, if you are allergic, you might want to avoid this place to avoid future unhappiness for both of us. The maximum over night guess allowed is 8 people and a maximum of 4 additional daytime guest are allow. But are not allow stay overnight Other things to note Tv is a smart TV. Samsung Tv plus with 500+ channels The room is on the top floor and has to go through stairs. Has has PG&E smart meter. So people with accessibility concern should be careful before booking. No party or events are allowed and please respect the neighborhood and not make excessive noise Commercial and film shooting is ok within the property. No pet allowed including emotion support animal.
