Please note that no refunds will be provided in these instances. ‼️ SUPPLIES ‼️ Our spaces come fully stocked with the comforts of home, including toiletries, fresh towels, coffee, and essential kitchen items. We also provide a limited number of dishwasher and laundry pods to help you get started. While these supplies are meant as a starter set and may not last for the entire duration of your stay, we’re always here to help. If you run out, feel free to reach out—we can guide you to nearby stores or delivery options. ‼️CCTV | SMOKE & NOISE DETECTOR‼️ 📷To help keep our guests and property safe, we’ve installed a security camera on the outside front door of the unit. This camera is outdoor-only and do not record any interior spaces. Your privacy is fully respected inside the home. 📌The house is equipped with a smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector for your safety. 📌This property is equipped with a noise monitoring device that tracks noise levels (without recording sounds) and alerts the host or host’s agents if the noise exceeds acceptable levels. ‼️REGULAR MAINTENANCE‼️ 📌 IMPORTANT: Please be aware of the following scheduled services. If any of these occur during your stay, we apologize for any inconvenience: 🛠 Property Maintenance Schedule 🛠 1. Every Thursday, between 8 AM- 12 noon - Spa cleaning service 2. Usually comes by once a month- 2nd/3rd week at 9 AM the earliest (weather pending) - Lawn care, to cut the lawn ‼️Please treat our home like your own! We put a lot of effort in to make it a fun place to stay and we want to keep it in great shape. ‼️Please read carefully the house-rules below for your reference. Failure to comply may result in complaints from neighbors, potential fines, or even early termination of your stay. Let’s all work together to maintain a peaceful environment. 🏡 Check-In & Check-Out House Rules To ensure a smooth transition between guests and allow our cleaning team enough time to prepare the space, please adhere to the following check-in and check-out guidelines: ⏳ Check-In: ✔ Check-in time: 4:00 PM ✔ Early check-in requests must be approved in advance and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. ⏳ Check-Out: ✔ Check-out time: 10:00 AM ✔ Late check-out requests must be approved in advance and are subject to availability. Additional fee of $150 after 30 minutes of the checkout time 🔇 Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM Please help us keep things peaceful by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours — inside and out. That means: 📌 Lowering voices, music, and TV volume inside the home. 📌 Avoiding loud conversations or gatherings on patios, balconies, or outdoor areas. 📌 Ensuring pets do not bark excessively, especially during quiet hours. 📌 If returning late, please be mindful when entering the property or using common areas. To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down. Any noise complaints from neighbors, security during these hours will result in the following: 📌 Immediate fine of $500 charged to the reservation. 📍 No Smoking - $1000 fine 📍 No Parties or Events - $500/night fine We take this very seriously to ensure respect for our neighbors and compliance with community rules. ‼️PETS ALLOWED‼️ 📌 While we love pets 🐾, please be aware that there may be applicable charges. ‼️General Rules‼️ 📌Maximum of TWO pets only. 📌Pet Fee – A $120 fee for the entire stay applies to help cover additional cleaning. 📌If the pet fee was not added during your reservation, please inform us so we can update it accordingly. ‼️Inside the House‼️ 📌 No Pets on Furniture & Beds – Please keep pets off beds, couches, and other furniture. 📌 Supervised Pets Only – Pets should not be left unattended inside the home unless crated. 📌 Clean Up After Your Pet – Any pet accidents must be cleaned up immediately. ‼️Outdoor & Common Areas‼️ 📌 Leash Policy – Pets must be on a leash in shared or outdoor spaces. 📌 Waste Disposal – Owners are responsible for picking up after their pets and properly disposing of waste.
