Villa Eva Mari is a beautiful, modern, 120 sq.m. villa of 3 bedrooms. Each with its own, unique in style, ensuite bathroom. On the inside, you will find from big smart TVs and a playstation, to all the electric appliances a modern villa can offer, fast wifi, as well as a working space. But above all, you will love our unique location, which is literally a short walk from the sandy beach of Kato Stalos as well as our easy access to the highway, that can take you literally anywhere around Chania. The space The huge private yard allows for plenty of parking, as well as plenty of space for some activities. Moreover, right on our premises, you will also find 2 ATMs, should you require to withdraw money, at anytime. On the terrace, you will find the outdoor dining area, the bbq as well as the jacuzzi. Walking inside, a big room opens up where both the dining room and the kitchen are. Here you will alos find the washing facilites. On your left hand there is the living room with a big 55'' screen TV and a playstation for some more entertainment time. Moreover, the couch can sleep an extra person, when requested. Next, still on the left, there is the 3rd bedroom of our villa with its own ensuite bathroom, that can easiliy turn from a 2 persons bedroom to a 4 persons bedrom with 4 single beds. On the right side of the dining area, you will find the master bedroom and the second in line bedroom, that both sleep 2 persons each in their king size beds and both have their own ensuite bathrooms. Guest access The villa is completely private and you have full access to all the areas. The huge yard, the terrace, the private jacuzzi, the 3 bedrooms, the dining area, the living area and the kitchen. Other things to note The use of the jacuzzi is completely free.
