Our home features two floors, with 3 bedrooms located downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs, you'll find 2 bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite, providing added convenience and privacy. The upstairs bedroom comes with a balcony facing the large backyard that offers a tranquil spot for your morning coffee or evening stargazing. The converted garage serves as a game room, complete with a football table, perfect for friendly competitions and entertainment. The garage has been converted into a game room, so parking is limited to the driveway. Relax and unwind in the backyard, featuring a hot tub and a firepit for your enjoyment. Other things to note Pet Fee and Rules: Our standard pet fee of $550 covers only 1 pet. Any extra pet would cost an additional $150/pet. The guest is liable for any damages caused by pets. The guest is responsible for cleaning animal droppings made by pets in the backyard, or anywhere on the property. The backyard is fully fenced. Hot Tub Cleaning: Hot tub has a weekly maintenance schedule every Monday and Friday. Early check-in/Late check-out request: Standard check-in is at 5 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time. Additional note: The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 8 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $40 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 16. Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night. For your safety and comfort, we’ve installed a Minut device to monitor noise, temperature, and humidity. It doesn’t record audio or video, ensuring your privacy. The device respects your personal space, focusing solely on maintaining a peaceful environment. Your privacy is paramount to us! A barbecue grill and firepit are available in the backyard for your use during your stay. Please note that propane gas is not provided. There is a tank on the property, but guests are responsible for refilling it if the remaining supply is used up.
