Cozy Cottage/Pet Heaven

Deep breath...exhale. Looking for the perfect place to hideaway? You have found it. Enjoy big skies, picturesque landscapes, friendly farm animals and colorful sunsets. Nestled in the valley within the valley, you are surrounded by the George Washington National Forest. Offering hiking, biking, ATV trails, and so much more. Skyline Drive and Luray Caverns are just a 30 min drive. 30 minutes to shopping. Located less than 2 hours west of DC. Come see what you have been missing. The space The cottage is cozy. You and your dogs will just love it. The front yard is large and completely fenced in. Your pets will spend hours out there memorized by the farm animals in the pasture. You can just sit on the porch, in the hammock, or by the fire and just relax as your dogs run around and play safely contained. Special Note: The farm animals in the pasture may not be as shown on photos. They are rotated out for mating, nursing, and other reasons. Occasionally, the pasture is empty to let the grasses grow for hay. The house has tons of natural light shining in from all the windows, and the views from them are amazing. The Wi-Fi is very fast and reliable (75-100mbps). The upstairs bedroom is a loft, offering stunning views of the valley and mountains. The king-size bed is the most comfortable bed you will ever sleep in (at least, I think so). The downstairs bedroom is tiny but has a queen size bed that is also very comfy and cozy. The view out of this bedroom's picture window in the morning is my favorite of the space. There are two full bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, and have accessibility features. The space is perfect for a couple or a group of close friends. The kitchen and living space offers more views, and there is a day bed that will sleep 1 and is perfect for snuggling while watching TV. There is also a full-size washer and full-size dryer. Other things to note There is a pin code lock combination that the guest will receive before checking in. We do not allow cats due to allergies.
