The 4 bedrooms include one on the main floor with a Queen mattress, 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor including one King mattress, 2 twins, and a Queen mattress to accommodate many sleeping arrangements. There is a private pool with covered lanai as well as a game closet to keep kids busy while the adults relax. Situated inside Champions Gate, your family will enjoy the many amenities offered including the clubhouse resort, lazy river, two pools, restaurant, fitness center, golf course, tennis court, business center, game room, cinema, and more! All pools in the Oasis Club are heated year round! Guest access Guests have access to the Private Pool with an option of heat, fast Wi-Fi and free access to resort-style amenities featuring Swimming Pools, a Lazy River, Kids Splash Zone, Pickleball Courts, Fitness Center, Movie Theater, Tennis Courts, Restaurant, Tiki Bar, Beach Volleyball, Arcade Room + More. Amenities are located a half mile away at the Oasis Clubhouse. Champions Gate is a private community, so there are security checkpoints at each entrance. You will need to enter through the West Gate or the U.S. 27 Gate entrance. When you get there, give the security guard your name and let them know the address that you are staying at. They will give you a visitor’s gate pass that you will need to enter each time. This visitor’s pass will also give you access to the Oasis Clubhouse. Upon arriving at the property, there is free uncovered parking in front of the house. Other things to note Private pool heating is available. Please let me know upon booking if you would like that accommodation. Just a friendly reminder/note: There is no smoking in the house. In addition, please note that there is a smart door security camera at the front and rear door entrance. This is for your safety as well as ours. This is not a pet or animal friendly property. Please do not allow anyone in your party to climb on railings, bannisters, retaining walls, stairwells, decks, etc. where there is a possibility of a fall. You are responsible for your party and by confirming your reservation you accept the responsibility to keep your party safe.
