Above the fireplace flames is the huge HDTV— ideal for a Netflix binge or watching the game. Pour yourself a drink, order some takeout, and enjoy a lovely, laid-back evening with friends or family. Through the sunny glass doors is an OUTDOOR PATIO with a gas grill and a small alfresco dining space. Next to the living area is the open KITCHEN— complete with crisp white shaker-style cabinets, gorgeous granite countertops, and a chic chevron-tiled backsplash. Premier appliances include a large refrigerator, an electric range, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Smaller appliances like a toaster and a Keurig coffeemaker make breakfast prep a breeze. There’s also a convenient island with bar stool seating for two, plus a formal DINING SPACE with seating for four more.
