This house does not have AC. We do provide fans. The house was lived in by the host for over a decade with no AC. There is a tree canopy shading most of the house and the bay provides a cool breeze (and also great way to cool down with a dip on high hot days) At only 3 blocks from East Bay Beach and a 5 minute drive to downtown Traverse City, the location shines too!
