Enjoy your own private 4-bedroom, 3-bath villa nestled on 11 beautiful acres in upscale Goodlettsville, a quiet suburb of Nashville - a peaceful escape just minutes from the city. Unique to this home: it’s believed to incorporate the childhood house of legendary country music artist Brenda Lee—the unforgettable voice behind “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree.” Although the home was relocated to this property in the late 1980s, it still carries the spirit of Nashville’s golden age of music. Please note, Brenda Lee did not live at this specific address, but in the original home structure that was moved here. Throughout the villa, you’ll discover subtle tributes to Brenda Lee’s legacy, including framed memorabilia, and curated stories available for your stay. It’s a piece of Nashville’s music history you won’t find anywhere else. MODERN LUXURY & FAMILY COMFORT While part of a larger home (think condo or townhouse style), your villa has its own private entrance and dedicated living spaces. We live onsite but respect your privacy completely unless needed. The villa comfortably sleeps 10 in beds (1 Queen, 3 Kings), plus a sleeper sofa, with a maximum occupancy of 14 guests. This is a family-friendly space, perfect for guests of all ages. Kids love the freedom of the outdoors, and families often tell us how peaceful yet convenient the location feels. Other things to note • Family-friendly space • Smoking and vaping prohibited indoors (outdoor smoking area provided; $150 minimum fee for violations) • Guests living within 50 miles must book a minimum of 2 nights, provide a refundable $250 deposit, and complete a short questionnaire • Parties or gatherings require pre-approval and may fall under our Large Event Policy. Groups exceeding the overnight guest count require advance discussion. • $25 per guest per night over 10 people • Weekly stays (7+ nights) receive 10% off; monthly stays (30+ nights) receive 25% off • A signed rental agreement, valid email address, and billing address are required prior to check-in • Avoid Apple Maps or Siri for navigation—they often route incorrectly • Exterior security cameras and Ring doorbells monitor entrances for guest safety • Pets welcome if house-trained, bathed weekly, crated when left alone, and kept off furniture.
