The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time. We accept dogs not cats for an additional $120 nonrefundable pet fee if you declare you are brining a pet at the time of booking, 2 dogs maximum We charge a $200 non-refundable pet fee if you do not notify us you are brining a pet and then proceed to bring one or more pets without prior notification 4WD or AWD Vehicle Required during winter months November through March Firewood is provided by the host for this property, no need to purchase.
