Pack Plays (Portable Crib) and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee. *Pets are not allowed in this home. *Garage is available for guest use but parking in the garage is not available. *The boat lift is available for a 200$ fee with prior approval The entire home. There may be locked closets or garage space reserved for owner contents. The home access code will be given 2-4 days prior to arrival and after final payment and receipt of a signed rental agreement, and copy of photo ID. We are readily available and have a full-time Property Manager who can assist during the stay. We employ an electronic application that will update and provide lots of information about this home. You will have access to this application upon eSignature of our rental contract. This can be done electronically or in person on the day of arrival. Access to the home can be restricted until you have agreed to our rental terms. RENTAL AGREEMENT TRANSACTION DIFFERENCES: The rental agreement you will receive from Roelens Vacations will vary from the amounts you are presented by Airbnb. Airbnb will collect the required 11% taxes and also a service fee. We do not see these amounts and therefore our rental agreement will only reflect the amounts we have netted from the transaction brokered by Airbnb.
