Enjoy the house's wonderful natural light, vintage decor, and easy access to all of the area's top attractions! Entrance Enter the home using convenient keyless entry through the front door. Living Room Once you enter the house you will find comfy leather couch that is situated in front of a 65” inch Samsung smart TV. The TV also has Chromecast, which allows seamless access to all of your favorite streaming services. Kitchen The kitchen is well stocked for making some delicious meals while you are here. Coffee and Tea: There is a Keurig coffee maker on the counter in the kitchen. We provide K-cups, tea, cream, sugar, and sugar free sweetener. Cooking: We provide salt, pepper and some spices, pots, pans, bowls, a strainer, utensils, fridge, gas range oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, dishwasher. Cleaning: There are some cleaning supplies and extra trash bags are under the kitchen sink. There is a broom and dustpan in the laundry room. Two Stylish Bedrooms One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has a full sized bed. Sparkling Clean Bathrooms We provide fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. There is also a hair dryer. New Washer/Dryer There is a laundry room in the master bedroom with a washer and dryer and we provide detergent. Other miscellaneous supplies are located on the laundry room shelf including an iron and an ironing board. Please keep in mind the house is small (700 sq. ft.) despite being able to sleep 6. Among Colorado Springs residents, the Westside is almost like it’s own little country. It stands out as one of the most eclectic, diverse, and interesting parts of town. A picture of the Westside is like looking at a mosaic of the most intriguing folks around. It certainly isn’t like any other part of Colorado Springs and is widely described as a place of character. Living on the Westside is like “Leave It To Beaver”, adding that everyone is so friendly, neighborly, and loves living here. It is a tight-knit group of folks who are very relaxed and community focused. The Westside is a small patch of the city that acts as the gateway to fun in the mountains. Occupied with clusters of neighborhoods, it also contains some of the best places to visit in the city: Garden of the Gods, Rock Ledge Ranch, Bear Creek Park, Old Colorado City, the Broadmoor, Seven Falls, Cheyenne Canyon, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Stratmoor Open Space, Penrose Event Center, Red Rock Canyon, and Section 16. As home to the most amazing natural and historical sites, this part of town is nothing like suburbia. Downtown Colorado Springs is a 30 minute walk from the house.
