More than 700 sq ft of deck, and a very large Dock that will provide a great outdoor area for rest and relaxation. The treed lot has over 110' of waterfront, a soft sandy beach with a slow gradual walk in access to the lake. The cottage is open concept with a well equipped kitchen, adjoining dining room, and large great room with a gas fireplace. The lake views from inside the cottage are spectacular due to large glass walls facing the lake side. There are 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, to comfortably sleep 12 people. The winter features access to a provincial snowmobile route (directly off main road access to cottage) and easy access to many other winter activities. Guest access At Buena Vista you will have access to the entire cottage, the 110 ft of private waterfront and sandy beach, 1.5 acres of grass and trees on the property. The garage is off limits to guests. Other things to note For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located at the garage poiting toward the driveway. -Garbage and Recycling: It is the renter’s responsibility to remove all garbage and take to the dump before heading home from the cottage. A garbage card will be left on the dining table which you can use to dispose of your garbage and recycle at the dump.
