Usable as a lockable bike station with charging shelf for E-bikes and ample power outlets in summer. GROUND FLOOR | RECEPTION LOUNGE Spacious reception lounge with a high counter, ideal for socializing. Two designer chairs offer a fantastic panoramic view. Amenities such as a wine fridge, wine cellar, and access to natural mountain spring water available. The area is also suitable for relaxing with a good book. Additionally, there is a wide, comfortable designer couch suitable for entertainment with an existing Xbox, Netflix, or Disney Plus on a 75-inch TV with Sonos soundbar. Access to outdoor areas with modern balcony furniture. Each bedroom has a 43-inch TV with Netflix and Disney Plus, electric exterior blinds, and designer lighting. The luxurious bathrooms are equipped with rain showers, toilets, towel dryers, hair dryers, ample towels, and a BOGNER care set. Bathrobes are available for our guests. UPPER FLOOR | KITCHEN The spacious high-end kitchen with a cooking island is equipped with top-quality MIELE appliances. Oven, steamer, warming drawer, and induction hob with integrated extractor allow the preparation of exquisite dishes. Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and a complete set of kitchen utensils, crockery, glasses, and cutlery are available. The kitchen also offers an integrated MIELE fully automatic coffee machine (initial filling included) and a pantry with a washing machine and dryer.
