Must be submitted 15 DAYS prior to check in. Minimum stay is 7 days - required by the Condo Association. THE POLICY STATES: 7 DAYS MUST BE IN THE SAME MONTH; AND NOT OVERLAP INTO THE NEXT MONTH. Which needs to be submitted by check One (1) Month prior to arrival and check-in. Minimum stay is 7 days - required by the Condo Association. The Policy States: 7 days must be in the same month; and not overlap into the next month. Unless it is over 21 days it could overlap. Professional cleaners will prepare your unit for you and leave a starter kit of soaps, dishwasher liquid, toilet paper and washer detergent. Please arrive by 4 Pm and checkout by 10 Am. Secuity/Damage Deposit is $300.00. Refundable No pets and No smoking in unit, on balcony and on premises. Children under 12 must be supervised in the pool The Security Deposit will be returned to the Renting party after the rental term provided (a)all obligations of the renting parties have been performed (b) The premises are not damaged and left in their original condition. (c) The full term has expired. (d) All Keys are returned. Retention of security deposit does not prevent Owners or Owners Agents from recovering additional damages.
