The adjacent dining room seats 10 comfortably or you can sit at the breakfast counter in the fully stocked kitchen which features stainless steel appliances including brand new range, microwave and dishwasher (2023/2024). On the main level are 2 bedrooms with King beds and a shared bathroom with the rest of the living space downstairs. Head upstairs to the loft to find a King bed with a privacy curtain and balcony access. The 3rd bedroom is located off the loft and has 1 King and 2 Twin beds (twins can be converted to a king) all with a shared bathroom upstairs. The neighborhood is quiet because it is surrounded by golf fairways. Look for wildlife during peaceful evenings on the front or back decks or from the hot tub. When it comes to fun and relaxation, this home provides the ideal package. Enjoy the ping pong table year round in the heated, carpeted garage (no parking available inside). It's only a short stroll or bike ride for coffee, restaurants or cocktails in the restaurants in the Village and main Sunriver Resort lodge. IMPORTANT (Air Conditioning): This two-story home has single zone air conditioning. That means that the upstairs will be warmer than the downstairs (sometimes by 10 degrees or more).
