Sangiovese is part of Villa Tartagli at Fontanaro and features a private terrace, garden, and covered parking. It has a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a modern bathroom with mosaic shower. The 70 sqm home includes a cozy living room with fireplace and an outdoor dining area. Guests enjoy direct access to the eco infinity pool with sunset views over Tuscany and Umbria. On Airbnb since 2012—reviews from our old account are visible in the photos. The space The home name is Sangiovese and this name is in honor of the wine we produce here. It is 70 mq, with a large living room with fireplace, direct access to eco infinity swimming pool and table tennis, shared with Brunello and Sagrantino, the other 2 units of the whole villa named Tartagli. One large bedroom and bathroom, full kitchen, dining area also outside and exclusive use of the patio in front of the home. AC, WIFI, Premium International cable TV, Play station, dishwasher and laundry area. A Weber barbecue is available on request in the garden. FARM PRODUCTS AND VISIT OF THE OLIVE OIL MILL AND THE FARM Walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. By the villa you can easily walk to Paciano village where are all the main shops: restaurants, bar, pharmacy…kids gardens, walking tours… All guests are personally welcomed by the owners and will receive personal attention and care during their stay. Everything possible will be done to assure an unforgettable holiday experience. A library of English language books is provided in each villa. You can browse the selection of art books, guides, maps, brochures and tourist information about the wonderful places to visit in the area. Also available private chef, wine tours and cooking school.
