No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking. Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach. You will have exclusive access to the condo unit. POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.
