Beautiful home with 4 rooms and 2 baths located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It’s close to shopping and dining (walking distance). It is also close to the airport (4 miles) and Fresno State University & Save Mart Center (4.5 miles). This home is located 1.5 hours from Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks, and 1 hour from Kings Canyon National Park. If you are looking for a home in Clovis, this home is located right at the boundary line with Clovis. The space This house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each room is equipped with a 4K Roku TV with free Netflix and other free movies streaming platforms. WiFi available. Spacious dining and living room area. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, refrigerator, pots & pans, dishes and silverware. Kitchen essentials provided include salt & pepper, spices, sugar. Coffee and tea are also provided. For your infant, a Pack 'n Play Playard (along with a mattress) and baby rocker are also provided. The backyard is perfect for BBQ (BBQ grill and tools provided). Sleeping Arrangement - Bedroom 1 (Master): 2 Queen Beds - Bedroom 2: Queen bed - Bedroom 3: Queen bed - Bedroom 4: Queen bed - Den Area: Twin Daybed with Twin Trundle - Living Room Sectional Converts into a bed (can fit up to two guests) - 1 queen air mattress provided Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including the 2-car garage, with exception of some closets used for storage. If you’re staying with us on a Wednesday, the gardener will be there some time between 11am-3pm to clean the front and back yard. - Trash/waste pick up is on Thursdays.
