NOTE: heated pool is not a hot tub. Pool Heater temp is set to 85 degF maximum. (Water may not reach temperatures during non-summer or cold days). Heater shall not run 24/7. 9Hrs per day maximum. Additional requested pool heater time shall incur charges at $30 per additional hour each day. Pool Heater will be disabled when weather is less than 50F degrees as hot temperatures will not be reached. - Two (2) full baths. - Open-concept modern kitchen leading to large open family room and dining area. - Kitchen stocked with all needed amenities and utensils. - Refrigerated central air. - Inviting backyard relaxing area by the pool with large covered back patio, lounge rocking chairs, gas grill, ambience lighting - full large garage access. - THREE (3) large HD Televisions with included Spectrum Cable. Other things to note Pet Friendly - Our home is pet friendly but there will be an additional one-time pet fee of $65 for a pet. Guest must clean up after their pets before checking out and is responsible for any damages caused by a pet. Backyard is fully enclosed, but please ensure fences are properly secured before leaving your pet unattended. Host not responsible for any pet getting out. A medium pet bed is provided for pets staying indoors. Please provide a bed if the one provided is not sized for your pet. An indoor cage/kennel is also available upon prior advance request. >> SWIMMING POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS << Swim at your own risk. Property owners are not responsible nor liable for any injuries, falls, drownings, etc. including death. Young Children and Non-Swimmers shall be under constant supervision of a Responsible Adult around Pool, including on water slide. >>NOTE: A heated pool is NOT a jacuzzi/hot tub. Pool set warm temperatures may not be reached during non-Summer or cold weather due to weather. Heater not running 24/7. 9Hrs per day maximum.
