Situated in the popular holiday resort of Conil de la Frontera, the finely furnished holiday home “Michalete Fernando Conil” is centrally located, within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the beach. The 100 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with a bunk bed and a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. From the balcony on the first floor, you will have a nice view of the sea and the mountains in the distance with your morning coffee, and the private outdoor area on the ground floor includes a garden as well as a covered terrace, which is ideal for mild evenings with a glass of wine and delicious barbecued dinners. Shops, a supermarket, a pharmacy, restaurants, bars and cafés are in the immediate vicinity and can all be reached within 5 minutes on foot (450 m). The closest sandy beaches, Playa de la Frontera and Playa de los Bateles, are within an 11-minute walk (900 m). From Conil, the beautiful city of Cádiz is a 45-minute drive (49 km) away, while Gibraltar is located 100 km (a one-hour-and-35-minute-drive) to the southeast. The nearest international airport lies outside Jerez, 72 km or a 50-minute drive from the apartment. There are parking options available at an extra cost. Reservations for groups of young people under 25 years old are not allowed. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Entrance to people that are not in the reservation is not allowed.
