Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The space Relax and unwind in our 4 bedroom 2,600 sq ft home located in Sudden Valley with plenty of room for your whole family/group. Enjoy the relaxing views of the nature as well as the hikes, lake, golf course, local restaurants and everything else that Sudden Valley has to offer. Only 5 mine drive to the Sudden Valley Marina. If you'd like to visit the city, it's only 20 minute drive to downtown Bellingham and about 65 miles to Vancouver BC and Seattle. Don't be surprised to see the visitors (deers) during your stay. The space Modern 2,600 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two spacious levels. Main Floor: - Open entry, living room - Fully equipped large kitchen - Dining room seats 10 - 12 people - Bathroom - First bedroom with queen bed and study area - Laundry - Backyard access with hot tub and fire pit - Deck with seating, BBQ - Balcony with seating Upper Floor: - Master bedroom with full bath, queen bed and walk-in closet, TV - Third bedroom with two twin bunk beds - Full bathroom - Fourth bedroom with bunk bed (twin over full) - Seating area with coffee table Also available: - Two tri-fold mattresses - Pack n play - Baby booster chair with tray - Basketball hoop - Ping pong table - Ironing board/iron - 220 V plug for EV charging Guest access Self check-in Check yourself in with a keypad and have full access to all areas of the space. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities and comforts our property has to offer. Other things to note - Steep driveway. Chains or 4x4 vehicles might be required to get to the house during the snowy season. Please make carpool arrangements so there are no more than 6 cars total at the property. Garage is available for storage (bikes, motorcycles, kayaks etc.). no cars please. You may park in the gravel section by the house. - Extra guest fee ($25) per day, may apply if more than 11 guests, please ask before booking - For your protection we have actively recording cameras overlooking the front and back of the house, and one in the garage. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the house. - We love our pets and want to do everything we can to help you enjoy your stay if you want to bring your pet, but please let us know BEFORE your arrival. We can only allow small to medium size pets of certain breeds, there is a $120 pet fee (per pet). ~$150 fee (per pet) will be charged for any unauthorized pets and you may be asked to leave the property early with no refund for breaking the rules. Pet Rules: We kindly request that you keep your fur babies off of all furniture, and have their own designated pet bed, ensuring both their comfort and the longevity of our furniture. Pets cannot be left roaming inside/outside the property unattended. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
