Oak Cottages Duplex | Six minute stroll to histori

Located in the beautiful heart of Downtown Lodi and nestled on a quiet street in a historic neighborhood, the Oak Cottages duplex is a short walk to local tasting rooms, breweries, restaurants, movie theater, WOW Science Museum, and cute shops! There's a children's playground less than 2 blocks around the corner, a grill for BBQ on a nice day, or you can head over to nearby Lodi Lake where you can kayak, paddle board, enjoy the nature trail, and more! The space Welcome to Oak Cottages, a charming duplex only a few short blocks from Downtown Lodi! Each side of the Oak Cottages duplex offers one King size bed and one Full size bed, full bathroom, quality kitchen appliances with plenty of dishes and cookware, two AC units as well as ceiling fans in every room, two TVs for streaming your favorites, fast WiFi, coffee and tea and all the amenities you may need. In the garage you will find a grill, washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies. There is a patio in front and small private one in the back. We are happy to welcome your four-legged family members! The backyard is small - about the size of a large dog run, but the neighborhood is very walkable and there is a dog park only a couple blocks away. Please review the Pet Policies under the House Rules section. Please note that there is a $100 fee for each pet. All pets must be disclosed at time of booking and no more than 2 pets are allowed per reservation. If you have a small baby, we can provide a pack and play and stroller, some toys, etc. Please let us know if this is something you will need. Guest access Entire duplex with front and back patios. Garage is limited to the washer and dryer and grill (must be rolled to front patio before using).
