Your vacation house is well-appointed with modern convinces and classic charm coupled with privacy and waterfront grace. You'll love the swing in the front yard, the views, the multiple outdoor living spaces, the large lawn, and the ease of the home's access to the waterfront. The fact it is both tidal and features deep water makes it great for kayaking, sailing, swimming, and exploring the waterfront. The drive to Tenants Harbor or Port Clyde is easy via car or bike and there are just as many places nearby to access without a vehicle. Inside, you'll find a kitchen with a center prep island, a dining area, and a living room. The kitchen is modern with plenty of counter space and the marble-topped island is a favorite spot for breakfast. The dining area seats guests and grants exquisite views of the deck and waterfront. The living room area has a large sectional sofa centered around a wall-mounted TV to watch as you wind down, while the telescope there allows you to examine the gorgeous landscape in more detail. When the evening comes to a close, the luxurious main suite upstairs boasts a sitting area, vaulted ceilings, an alcove, and an en suite with a shower/tub combination. Several bedrooms also feature views of the water, making for scenic beginnings and endings to each day.
