When you're done, be sure to return them to your unit to avoid a $15 replacement fee for any missing towels. Pets This property is pet-friendly, and well-behaved pets are always welcome! It is Sunrise home owner association bylaws state that your pet/s MUST always be on a leash at all times when outside. NEVER walk the dog on the ski trail. Dog waste MUST be picked up and disposed of properly. Please respect your neighbors, snow enthusiasts, and maintenance staff by cleaning up after your pet/s. Sustained dog barking from dogs left alone in units is unacceptable at any time.
