With 4 beds and 3 baths, this spacious home sleeps 11 people comfortably. The open concept floor allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching your favorite show on one of the flat screens or enjoying family time! The fully equipped kitchen has all you'll need with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The space 2 story townhome with a private pool. Pool can be heated with a fee of $35 per day plus tax for a minimum of 4 days. First floor features living/dining combo space with a full size kitchen and a big island. One large bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom is also located on the first floor. The laundry is conveniently located on the first floor too. Second floor features a very large bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bathroom. Another bedroom have double bunk beds sleeping comfortably 4 persons. The third and last bedroom on the second floor have one twin bed over full size bed. These two bedrooms share a nicely appointed bathroom. The second floor also features a smaller loft. The patio is fully enclosed and offers enjoyable moments while staying at the home. You can take a dip in the pool or just chill on the patio set. The clubhouse is only 1-2 min away. It features large adult pool, kids water park, sand volleyball, mini golf, gym, mini arcade and more. Clubhouse amenities are included with your stay.
