Friday and Saturday nights booked together *ONE PET PER STAY W/ APPROVAL *no washer/dryer available, hang dry only *STRICT CHECK IN/OUT TIMES We offer a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house. There is an upstairs patio, ride side patio, front porch, back yard area, and 5 parking spaces. As well as 2 adult bikes. You have full access of the house. The porch to the left side of the house is not for your use. That is for myself, the cleaning crew and the mother in law suite, which is located in the back. It is not connected to the house, however, you might see people come and go to their car, which they have their own parking spot. There are no shared walls or spaces. We will send you arrival instructions the morning of your stay. There is a lock box and a code will be given with the instructions for check in anytime after 4p. Quiet, peaceful street. We are the only rental, so very neighborhood feel. The marsh is at the end of the street, perfect to walk down for sunsets. The beach is at the other end of the street, directly across a1a. You can walk, bike or even drive on the beach, (with 4x4), here. Several restaurants within walking distance as well. *note!! There is a 10pm noise/quiet time frame that must be adhered to, my neighbors are wonderful people, and do not mind the house being rented. But they do sleep and will call if their is a noise issue after this time. we are 3 miles south of the Amphitheater and 6 miles S. of downtown. Parking is not easy downtown, but uber and lift are fairly easy to come by. (The Amp always offers free parking). Fort Matanzas is 3 miles south of us, Definitely worth checking out (better than the downtown fort in our opinion). You will have full use of drive and all other areas of the property except for the gravel parking spot and left side of the porch, which is not for your use. *Please do not ask for early check in or Late check out, it is not an option.
