Here's the full description: When you arrive, you can park your vehicles easily since 3 parking spaces are available. In fact, do not hesitate to opt for an electric vehicle since a fast charging station will be available to you. (With surcharge, depending on vehicle type) You will then arrive at a modern kitchen open to a cozy and cozy living room that is ventilated by two ceiling air mixers (not air-conditioned). The bay windows near the dining table will have the advantage of opening completely so you can fully enjoy the beautiful sea view and this beautiful pool with a double mirror-effect infinity. We will go through the terrace admiring the view to go to the bedrooms. They are all equipped with quality bedding and air conditioning. The first and second bedrooms offer a king size bed. You will have an ensuite bathroom as well as a separate toilet for each of the bedrooms. Continuing past the terrace, you will access the third bedroom which will offer you 2 beds of 90 cm which can be installed on request in 1 large bed 180 cm. This room as well as bathroom amenities and toilet are suitable for people with disabilities (PMR). Between the living room/kitchen area and the bedrooms you will have a 4th one: a guest toilet. A room dedicated to laundry will allow you to wash and iron your clothes. A washing machine as well as an iron and ironing board will be available to you. This villa will give you all the equipment and comfort you need for a pleasant stay. On request, we can provide you with an umbrella bed with a mattress as well as a high chair. The villa is equipped with an emergency water tank that will allow you to continue to enjoy your stay with peace of mind without worrying about any water outages!
