Other things to note We have an on-site Villa Manager ready to assist guest from 9am to 5pm. Villa manager will assist you to order food and book activities such as Taxi service with private drivers; Excursions, Car and Scooter Rental; In-Villa Thai Chef (very popular! fee + ingredients - need 24hrs advance notice); In-Villa Massages; In Villa - Nanny Services; Island hoping, sunset cruises and so on. SECURITY DEPOSIT As ALL OTHER VILLAS DO IN SAMUI, we request a security deposit upon check-in: 10,000 Thai Baht to be given upon check-in. It will be fully returned to you upon check-out after a check-out villa inspection. We also accept the equivalent in any major currency (USD, EUR, GPB, CYN, AUD, RUB). ELECTRICITY AND WATER ****While most villas on Samui charge extra for electricity WE DON'T: Unlimited Electricity usage with no additional charges**** Electricity and Water are included and you won't pay anything extra on check-out. However, for long term stays (over 28 nights) electricity is not included and charged at THB 7.5/Kwh. WE ADVISE: if you are researching on Airbnb and thinking of staying in a different Villa in Samui, make sure to ask the Host whether the electricity is included or you have to pay extra on check-out.
