Cozy Duplex near downtown Checotah

Whether you’re traveling down I-40 or Hwy. 69, moving a college student to Connors State College, or just visiting family in the area, this cozy little one bedroom house is the perfect place to stop and relax. There is plenty of room to sleep up to four people. There is a queen bed, a twin fold-out bed and a large comfortable sofa (not a sleeper sofa). Guests can enjoy free WiFi & High Speed Internet. There are two separate TVs so there’s no fighting over who gets to watch what. The space This duplex is such a great alternative to a hotel. You'll have a space that feels like a home. It has a full kitchen with all the basic cooking essentials, a full bathroom, two TVs, a utility room with a washer & dryer, as well as a desk for working... if you must. There's also plenty of parking for those pulling a boat, an RV, or a U-Haul. Guest access Guests have complete access to the entire duplex during their reservation. A small table with two chairs sits on the front porch for our guests to have an outside place to relax. Other things to note -You will hear trains as the duplex is two blocks from active train tracks. -Conveniently close to downtown restaurants, shops, & grocery stores. -Not far off of Hwy. 69 or Interstate 40 -This is a duplex, so you will share a wall with a neighbor
