Private, clean, oversized, and attractive home located in a tranquil neighborhood in the historic city of Central Falls, with easy access to I-95, minutes from downtown Providence, and is less than an hour from Newport Beaches and Boston. Generations of families can enjoy spreading out through the 4 separate living areas with 3 living rooms, 3 kitchens, large bedrooms, and the ultimate dining room. An excellent setup for holidays, reunions, corporate retreats, or a large group of friends. The space This home will truly meet the needs of all of its guests as it boasts all the modern amenities, is super spacious, offers multiple environs that can be shared communally or enjoyed alone, is filled with comfortable and attractive furnishings, and is fully functional with all the extras that a family or group needs for a worry-free stay. A huge stone backyard offers additional outdoor dining, charcoal and gas grills, and areas to relax to the sounds of various birds and wildlife along the pond in the back of the property. Guests have full access to over 3000 sf.on the first and second floor living areas of the home, as well as the laundry area in the basement. We strive for our guests to have a comfortable, safe, luxurious, and memorable experience. This home has three complete and separate living environments on two separate floors: BASEMENT Whirpool front-load large capacity washer & dryer, laundry table, and ironing board. The main side of the basement is very child-friendly has additional living space with couches, a dining area, kids' study area/desk, a movie projector, a keyboard, a small fridge, a separate children's playroom with video game equipment/toys, and full bathroom. Cots and air mattresses can be utilized in this area. There is a full bathroom with shower located in the basement. FIRST FLOOR Hardwood floors, tile, and rugs throughout. -Full Kitchen with Kitchenaid appliances, 2-door refrigerator with ice maker, 5-burner stove with oven, an additional wall oven and microwave, dishwasher, large Keurig coffee-maker, electric kettle, toaster oven, toaster/waffle maker, and blender. -Large Dining Room with seating for 6-10 guests, couch and sideboard cabinet with extra dishes and serving trays. -Bright, spacious, Living Room with 55-inch Smart TV, cable, couch and lounge seating, and bluetooth speaker. Enjoy access to Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Peacock. -Sun Room with office desk and chair, large electric fireplace, 2 leather recliners, high-speed internet, and plenty of books and games for all members of the family! -Bedroom 1 is bright and spacious with a queen-size platform bed, closet, and dresser drawer. -Bedroom 2 has Pottery Barn bunk beds (twin and full-size beds) with ladder, dresser drawer, chest, along with baby furniture to accommodate our smallest guests. -Bedroom 3 is cozy and spacious with a queen-size platform bed, wardrobe, and dresser drawer. -Main Bathroom is a custom, spacious Zen-inspired bath with a large Jacuzzi shower, soaking tub, and all the amenities for relaxation. SECOND FLOOR This level is structured like 2 separate apartments with private access to each unit. 2 Large Living Rooms with Queen Sofa-beds for additional sleeping accommodations, plus large Smart TVs for guests who may opt for some gaming or alternative programming, and extra linens in the closets. 2 Large Bedrooms with queen-size beds, closets, and dresser drawers. 2 Full Kitchens with large refrigerators, cooking stoves, small appliances, serving trays, large cooking pots, and all the extra amenities needed to prepare dinner for large groups. 2 Bathrooms are newly renovated with shower units and fully stocked. BACKYARD The sliding glass doors in the lower kitchen open up to a beautiful stone patio, and features an extra large stainless steel gas grill, a charcoal grill, grilling supplies, outdoor tables, chairs, umbrellas, a fire pit, a picnic basket, and outdoor games. Families can enjoy roasting marshmallows or enjoy a giant game of Jenga. Guest access The entire house (minus detached garage) will be made available to our guests. We are very flexible, so if you have any requests, please just ask! Driveway parking is available for up to 5 cars, and there is plenty of street parking with minimal through traffic. The detached garage is not accessible. Other things to note There are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors throughout the home and fire extinguishers on every level. Wide stairs leading to sliding glass doors in the back of the property with handrail supports are helpful for individuals with mobility problems to access the first floor. Holiday and celebration services are available, including specialty cakes and catering for birthdays, etc. Please message the hostess for pricing and availability. We want to provide a clean, safe environment for our guests. Our home is thoroughly cleaned between stays by a professional cleaning company. In addition, we make hand soap, hand sanitizer, disinfecting cleansers, and cleaning equipment available to our guests for their added convenience. Note: House keeping is also available upon request for extended stays. Fresh linens, towels, and amenities are ONLY made available at the beginning of the stay. Any items left by a previous guest will be discarded. All house trash cans will be lined with a bag to allow for the safe removal of waste. 2 extra-large trash bins and 2 extra large recycling bins are located next to the garage, and guests can put them out on Tuesday nights for a Wednesday AM removal. If there are any maintenance needs, we encourage our guests to contact our property management company per the instructions listed in the sunroom. Please be respectful of the neighbors. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. While public parties are not allowed at the house, we want our guests to thoroughly enjoy their stay and create great memories!
