HOT TUB! •Relax w/family/friends at peaceful lake home •West-facing lakefront views and stunning sunsets •Spacious layout, 2 large open living spaces •Lounge, play games, watch movies, enjoy outdoors •Large flat lot for lawn games, trails, fishing, more •Nearby breweries, wineries, quaint downtown entertainment •Fire pit, beach, patio, dock for lakeside enjoyment •Golf, hunting, snowmobiling, skiing, snowshoeing •NOTE: Friendly neighbor dogs may visit to say hi The space *Private, freshly painted home with updated flooring, updated, kitchen, updated bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (2 up and 1 down), 2 bathrooms (1 full up and 1 ¾ bath down), 2 living rooms with wood burning fireplace, central air and forced heat, washer and dry included, water softener, (one on each level) 3 season porch, walkout doors on each level, deck facing the lake (upper level), cement patio facing the lake (lower level), flat lake lot with 80’ of lake shore, West facing views of beautiful sunsets and natural life, many windows allowing natural light in and stunning lake views, dock (when season/weather allows), well maintained, large driveway where numerous cars can park, outdoor fire pit, storage shed. Guest access Most spaces are accessible. We ask that no-one accesses the attic as there is no need for that. If there are any locked or blocked off spaces/cabinets/shed please respect that and stay out. Other things to note I would really appreciate it if you could follow the house rules: • First and foremost, enjoy your stay. • We hope you enjoy the ambiance. We’re sure you’ll do your best to preserve it. • We have well water and a septic system o Do not flush anything down the toilet (please) except for urine, poop, and toilet paper. Please do not be excessive with toilet paper to prevent any back-up for your stay. • Close any exterior door after you enter or exit to prevent bugs and pests come coming into the home • Pets allowed (ask about pet FEE surcharge, size restrictions etc) • No smoking in the house. If you must smoke, please be far enough from the home so no smoke goes inside the home and use the exterior sand buckets for the cigarette butts (if smoke remediation is needed inside the home the costs will be passed on to the guest) • Our neighbors are nice people. We ask our guests not to have parties, events, or make excessive or loud noises outside of normal use. Quiet hours indoors and outdoors 10pm to 8am Here is some additional helpful information: Parking Please park all cars in an organized manner within the driveway. Be careful of the retaining walls (do not drive into it or over it) and please avoid driving on the grass or over the exterior drain tile. Security We have security camera’s on the exterior of the home only for your safety. Our neighbors are important to us and we want to ensure our guests are respectful of them. We respect your privacy and do not have any camera’s in the home. Heating The thermostat is mounted to the living room wall. Please adjust the temperature to your liking (min 65 degrees and max 75 degrees, please). Please message us via Airbnb if you want an exception due to frigid or scorching temps. Kitchen Please help yourself to anything in the kitchen (tea, coffee, salt, olive oil, etc.). Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils, and appliances. Remember to wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving. Trashbags are kept underneath the sink. Laundry You also have access to the washer and dryer. The laundry detergent and cleaning supplies are in found in the laundry room. Before you leave please leave all dirty towels and linens on the laundry room floor in a pile, so we know what was used. Trash and Recycling Please place all trash and recyclables in the receptacles we have in the kitchen. When full and/or when you leave (even if the trash and recycling isn’t entirely full) please bring the trash and recycling into the garage and place into the appropriate bins. Organization and furniture placement Please do not move furniture and our personal property from where you found them. Also, do not access the attic or any locked spaces without asking for approval from us. Getting around If you are looking for a restaurant, a grocery store, entertainment, parks, rentals, etc. please check out the spreadsheet we have created for our guests.
