Relax and unwind in this spacious updated house located less than 5 minutes from Rapid City. Close to all Black Hills venues, this spacious home features 5 bedrooms, master bedroom with ensuite featuring a large corner jetted bath tub, optional 2 comfortable roll away beds, large office, fast wifi, 3 large living areas, open kitchen, dining and breakfast nook, new 6 person hot tub, fire pit table, new Pit Boss smoker grill and, seating for up to 16 people on the wrap around deck. Our guests have full use of the house with a couple of exceptions, which include a pantry and garage that hold the owner's supplies and storage. Parking includes space for 3 to 4 vehicles off-street and several spaces on-street in front of the house. The laundry room with washer and dryer and complementary detergent and softener use. Kitchen and coffee bars are furnished with coffee, tea, sugars, creamer, spices, and oils. Also included are Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner, salon professional body wash, and custom goat milk soap and lotions. breakfast and dining areas currently have seating for 12 people but could be expanded for at least 2 more persons. We also have a high chair, large 5-foot play yard, 2 pack and plays with cushions and sheets, gauze blankets, baby bath, supplies, and baby gates available for use upon request. Also, personal supplies may be available from an honor basket if you need them. Outdoor dining essentials, including plastic plates, drinkware, bowls, and tablecloths, are available, as well as outdoor towels for hot tub use. Outside dining seating includes 2 rectangular patio tables with seating for 6 at each table as well as seating for 4 at the fire pit group and seating for 4 at the high top table.
