The house is located in a quiet medieval village between Umbria and Tuscany, close to numerous places of artistic, historical and culinary interest. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a hall, a porch and a garden. In the surroundings you can visit places of cultural, artistic and gastronomic interest such as Città della Pieve, Orvieto, Viterbo, Civita Bagnoregio and suggestive natural parks such as Bomarzo. It is an independent two-storey unit equipped with all the necessary accessories, accessible from a panoramic and large terrace. On the first floor you will find a comfortable and welcoming kitchen, with exposed beams, equipped with pots, dishes and dishwasher, a wood stove and a hob with 5 gas burners and a large electric oven that will give you the opportunity to cook also on the same floor you will find a large room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. On the second floor accessible through a splendid wooden staircase, you will find two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with a double bed, both just renovated and a small bathroom. Guest access Our guests have access to all the areas of the house described above, plus the possibility of accessing the adjacent garden. Obviously in compliance with the good rules of education, even animals can stay in the house and access in all areas. Other things to note The only rule of the house is respect for accessories and spaces, so we trust the guests' common sense. Since our small village is not well served by public transport, it is strongly recommended to have a car to have the freedom to move and reach the possible tourist destinations !!!
